Wonder’s Prince Frederick Opening Adds a Multi-Brand Food Operation to Fox Run

Wonder is preparing to open a new multi-brand food operation at the Fox Run Shopping Center in Prince Frederick, Maryland, bringing more than 15 distinct restaurant concepts to the established regional commercial hub.

The official grand opening is scheduled for September 24, preceded by a three-day soft opening period. The multi-concept operation sets up shop at 625 Solomons Island Road North, placing it within one of Calvert County's primary retail centers.

The arrival of the food hall coincides with a broader evolution at Fox Run Shopping Center. Property owner Brixmor previously reconfigured the center's former Kmart space into multiple junior-anchor locations and outparcels featuring national brands like Starbucks, Burger King, and Popeyes.

Customers visiting the Prince Frederick location will have access to a diverse array of cuisines compiled into a single ordering platform. Among the featured concepts are culinary options spanning pizza, burgers, sushi, steak, barbecue, and Thai food, including labels associated with notable chefs and restaurant groups.

The business model allows patrons to mix items from various restaurant brands within a single order for dine-in, pickup, or delivery. To mark the launch, organizers have planned promotional incentives for early visitors, including a free soft-opening meal offer and special gifts for the first wave of grand-opening customers.

Being able to order sushi and burgers in the exact same meal is going to solve so many arguments in my house. Definitely checking out the soft opening!

Honestly, I'm just glad something finally went into that old Kmart space. It's been sitting empty for way too long.

Great, another spot to make traffic on Solomons Island Road even worse during the evening commute. Hope the food is worth the headache.

Free meal during the soft opening? Say less, I'll definitely be first in line to check this out.
