Berlin Patten Ebling, a prominent Sarasota-based law firm, has expanded its footprint along Florida's Gulf Coast with the opening of a new office in Bradenton [1.1]. The move marks the firm's sixth location in the region as it continues to grow its presence across the active Manatee-Sarasota market.

The newly established office is situated at 2423 Manatee Avenue W., placing the practice centrally within the community. From this location, the firm will provide a comprehensive suite of legal services, including real estate transactions, estate planning, probate administration, litigation, and family law.

Founded in 2003, Berlin Patten Ebling has steadily built its regional footprint over more than two decades. Prior to the Bradenton expansion, the firm established offices in Sarasota, Venice, Lakewood Ranch, Tampa, and St. Petersburg.

Firm partner T.R. Smith has been designated to lead the new Bradenton office. In a statement released regarding the opening, Smith emphasized the firm's dedication to maintaining high standards of client service while scaling operations to meet regional demand.

"Our goal is to provide clients with the sophisticated legal counsel they need, delivered with the accessibility and personal attention they deserve," Smith said in the statement.

Smith noted that the strategic placement of the office will enhance the firm's ability to handle diverse legal matters throughout the area. "Whether assisting with a residential purchase, a complex commercial transaction or estate planning, our Bradenton office enables us to serve clients throughout the region more efficiently and effectively," he added.

Not surprised they are expanding here given how fast Manatee County is growing. Route 64 is already a nightmare though, hope their parking lot is easy to get in and out of.

Always good to see local businesses doing well and opening up new branches. Makes it a lot easier for folks up here to get decent legal help without driving all the way down to Sarasota.

Great, exactly what we needed, more lawyers. Can we get some more grocery stores or affordable housing instead?

Wait, didn't there used to be a bank or an insurance place in that exact spot on Manatee Ave? My memory is terrible lately.

Six locations now? They are definitely taking over the Gulf Coast market. Good for them!
